Cooler Morning

We got rain overnight so the day has started more comfortable. My electronic rain gauge was knocked sideways but the glass one says 3 inches. I think it had about half an inch already in it. Still a good amount.
I have a few things to do outside today. But mostly I need to give the house some attention. I have been mostly ignoring it.

Thanks, we had quite a bit of rain last night..and there is a big mass of it coming in. It won't last all day fortunately, but possibly more tonight Some guy is out there running power tools. Seems weird when it could rain any minute.

We just had a thunderstorm. Now I am happy to hang out by Hank my PC with the super duper fan that arrived with my groceries yesterday. I hope you had a good day,

Very very slightly cooler here today at 94 but still "feels like" 102-107. I'm tired of this heat!

It was supposed to rain last night, or possibly storm, while I was driving home from son’s appointment. It was incredibly hot and very humid, but it didn’t rain. What I did have an issue with was BUGS. Hundreds of them hitting the windshield while I was on the interstate. I had to utilize the windshield washer thingy several times just so I could see!! An insane amount of bugs!!
