Sister sent everyone an email with everyone's travel schedules..although not sure I needed to know that Josh and Julianna who I never met were taking Amtrak from Greensburg etc. However, she did put in pertinent facts about the hotel..nearby attractions etc. However, one thing I was unaware of is the welcome party is going to be a sit down dinner of Peruvian food. Wow, I thought it would be a meet and greet with hor d'ouerves. I suppose everyone will have to pay for their food .get your wallet out again! Plus, it is going to be hard avoiding heartburn eating that late..although I think I found a non offending dish .most of the food is over the top spicy.

I've never had it before. I wish my son was going, but he opted to skip that event.

I always loved spicy food, but in recent years do not tolerate super spicy anymore.

I definitely could handle too much spice that late in the evening..also, eating late like that will be an issue..I will have to bring most of it back with me.

@snowy22315 I prefer to not eat past 7 pm or it can interfere with with my sleep.
