Goodnight and stay kind

It's 11:30 p.m., I'm finally in bed, getting ready to sleep. The temperature is 26°C...I feel cold
I spent the entire day at my mom's place and left around 9 p.m.
On my way home, the taxi I was in had a flat tire. The driver quickly replaced it, and after about 10 minutes, we were back on the road. What surprised me was how thankful he was that I stayed instead of leaving to look for another taxi.
My response was simple. I wasn't in a hurry, so why leave?
Life has taught me we should be there for each other, even if we're complete strangers. Any one of us could face an unexpected challenge tomorrow. The kindness we show others today may be the kindness we need someday. As the saying goes, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

That's so nice of you, I think you did comfort him a lot by not leaving him there, sometimes having someone beside you is enough to survive the day.

I've only ridden in a taxi once and nothing went wrong. (She brought me home from the hospital last Friday.) I've ridden in medical taxies but they aren't the same as a regular taxi. (In a medical taxi, they pick you up from your home and drop you off at your doctor's office/hospital and you usually aren't taken by yourself. I don't like riding with people I don't know.)

@Wrexxo We only need the medical taxis when we leave our city. We walk to the local hospital and to our dotor's office.
