Woooooooohoooooooooo I get paid again tomorrow!

We typically get paid every other Friday unless there is a holiday or something. There also are 2 months where we get 3 paychecks. September is one of them. We got paid last Friday and we get paid again tomorrow. I definitely need it! The beginning of the school year can be tricky financially. I usually feel like I'm juggling things until October. My rent was auto-deducted on the 1st when I didn't get paid until the 4th. So that bounced and whatever they were able to deduct was reversed. I was cranky about the whole thing last night. My ex texted me to see how school was going. My response was rude: "Leave me alone. I can't pay the rent and got a nasty letter on the door." (it wasn't really nasty but I wasn't happy to receive it) He was like "as you wish". Like 5 minutes later he told me to check my Venmo. He had sent me $2000. This is just one of the many reasons I love him. He always always always makes sure I'm okay whether it is going to the day spa, paying the bills, hanging up a TV, etc. It is understood that it is a loan and he knows I will pay him back as soon as I can. I wouldn't ever take advantage of him because then he wouldn't want to help me in the future. I've got good credit with him. I won't be able to send him the full amount tomorrow but I will send some of it. I don't like having that hanging over my head.
