Judgements and interpretations

My father just received a forward in which many judgements were quoted. They all sounded really bizarre. I could not believe that judges who are supposed to understand the society so well, had given those orders. But on reflection, I found that the forward quoted the judgments without their context. Let me cite a few of them for you to understand. 1. It is wrong to use the word "Darling". I remember one nun in particular who often used the word to replace...thank you. LOL. My father uses it too for me... be a darling bring me that pair of scissors...and so vanny goes and gets the scissors, this happened this morning. Sweetheart is another word that I am kinda so accustomed to that I wouldn't think twice about it. But if it was from an unexpected source, it would be a serious problem. I agree with the judges there. 2. Women may have adulterous relationship and her husband will have to fulfill the duties of a father in respect of the child too. Sounds weird, does it not? The case related to a homosexual man who chose to marry to prevent the world from knowing his sexual orientation. Now the woman does not seem to be so wrong. 3. Attempt to rape is not a crime because it is not a rape. Rape causes serious psychological trauma in the person and requires shrink to intervene...chances are that memories can be revived, and the outlook of the person towards life changes. Attempt to rape is scary but still something that a person can dismiss and forget after sometime, with or without the help of a shrink. Many such judgements forwarded without quoting their context, and I am disturbed. it will give some people wrong ideas. Should judgements be shared without mentioning the context? I don't think so. I need laws for it.
