I went to the doctor today about the lip sore
It’s herpes
But you do you know that all cold sores are the herpes virus , right?
But until now I’ve never had a cold sore
I’ll probably get a blood test to check further
And I’ll definitely be asking the massage company for a monetary settlement
This is beyond awful.

If they have a person there that is literally drooling on customers, she must have a problem...and either needs to wear a mask all the time, or not work there. This is not acceptable at all, I hope you can talk to whoever owns that place and get somewhere with all of this.

@MarieCoyle I am going to talk to the manager again tomorrow and I have written a two page letter to them asking them to report the incident to their insurance company because I'm going to make a claim for damages for what they've done to me. Herpes is permanent. I covered every single detail thoroughly in my letter and it's both professional and assertive.

It is. I am glad you are taking care of it. I have been told that taking the supplement L-Lysine boosts the immune system and makes the virus go away faster. I take it if I have any sore in my mouth. The other thing that helps is drinking tea made with lemon balm.

The virus can stay in the body and then reactivate later to cause new outbreaks.
That's the worst part
Sometimes you think it's gone
But it really hasn't
It can cause havoc
