Love bug...

I'm not talking about the famous movie back in the 60s, but the mark an ant left on my arm when it bit me.
Can you see that it's a heart shaped one? I don't know how that shape came to be. All I know was that I was bitten and it hurt and then this happened to my skin.
The ant must have fallen in love with me?
It didn't last long though, but lasted enough for me to take a photo.

Yes, even with the blulight blocker turned on, I can see the heart-shaped mark on your arm. I've never heard them called that before.

Yes, I see it and thanks for the explanation. I was thinking Love Bug all the way then saw the pic. Those poor love starved ants. Glad it didn't last long.

Yeah, the ant found me too sweet he couldn't resist leaving a heart shaped kiss mark.

Interesting indeed. Thank goodness for phones with camera, now I will have this photo forever and something to tell my grandchildren someday. A bed time story for them to enjoy.
