Jen Hogan is the first non-native woman to finish one of the most exclusive feats on Earth. She completed the 1,000-mile trek through the entire length of the Grand Canyon National Park. The route involves flash floods, extreme heat, near unpassable areas, and long stretches with no water and no trail. She made it in 77 days, and it took place over several attempts with the successful completion happening in 2022 after some earlier injuries and setbacks.

That is pretty cool. I was watching one where this guy did like 3 weeks there and you could see the toll it took. They became spiritual and it was just so physical on their bodies which is probably why they looked so tired and imagine you start to hallucinate.
They say actual Tribes used to live in Grand Canyon, that is just crazy to me, but some places they showed were so cool. I can see people living there, looking like such a oasis, but it is a canyon and flash floods you would always be worried about no matter how pristine and perfect the environment in that area is.
Didn't like 22 people just die or went missing from recent flash floods?

I think there still is one. As far as the flash flood recently I don't know. I posted this because I try to push things women are able to accomplish.

@celticeagle That is amazing man or women and plus I think this was some scientific team. They never stated it but had like 3 huge rafts loaded to the gills of supplies. I am sure they had all the food they needed and they knew if a spot is dangerous, just get to the rafts. That's a big difference to how that lady probably did it. Much respect.

She is exceptional because not everyone could really do it. I can't imagine doing it, risking my life for that.

1000 miles trekking in grand canyon is impossible for 99,99% people and she is the 0,01%. I have some trekking and marching experience in my island and they are very exhausting activity due to the weather, thirst and extreme path to take.
