Another Blah Day

It's misting rain and very blah looking today. So I will not be doing much of anything today.
The guy is here fixing our roof. He said the caulking was messed up. So hopefully that is all it was causing the leak. He noticed the cap was off the stove pipe for the old pellet stove too. So he was nice and put it back on.
Duke doberman is staying in today. He seems content to stay warmer. I am glad he isn't begging to go right back out. And it's good for Mary Jane kitten as she is exploring more in here. He is calmer than what Patch border collie is. So a good start getting used to the dogs.
Just need to get gas sometime today. Hope you have a good day.

You're wise to get this looked after before the weather turns and we get all of that fall rain, and then the snow.
I am glad that you are keeping Duke inside, he has earned his place with you where it is warm.
Then he can keep an eye on you that you don't misbehave.

@wolfgirl569 Our rain will move in that last week of October and into November. It will eventually turn into snow as the temperatures drop, but we hate to think about that.

We usually don't get this much rain this time of year.
I leave it up to him. I tried to get him to stay in more this summer and he didn't want to.

We have a new neighbour
Her dog is a Husky
It does not like cats
So our neighbours cats who have visited us for 5 years haven't been near us all day

Day has been OK, just spent a boatload of money at the Virtual Vet getting prescriptions new food, and medicine, and then went to the mail order pharmacy with them. As expensive as it was, drop in the bucket as compared to going to a real vet. It generally works out OK.

Now that I switched my Monday blogging day to Tuesday to give me a chance to get used to the new week I feel more relaxed starting the week so I am glad about that.

I got up expecting a rainy day but got sunshine instead. Certainly makes me happy to see the sun
Hope the roof guy solves you leaking problem and it doesn't require more work. That was nice of him to replace the cap for the pellet stove. Enjoy the rest of your day and hope it all goes smoothly
