I do on a few subjects, but not life itself. When decisions are difficult or they involve the quality of life of someone we love or of ourselves, overthinking kicks in for me.

Just now
I often do that, and it is miserable. My biggest problem is wanting to be in two places at once, all the time.

Not really. What I am a professional at however is catastrophizing--especially in the middle of the night. Especially when I'm not feeling well. Last night I was positive that I was going to have a seizure or a heart attack or something and be found eaten by my cats.

I believe it's important to stop something before it becomes too much of a problem. If something bothers me constantly, I slow down and try to control it before it becomes uncontrollable. I believe everyone has the tendency to do this to themselves.
