Hello everyone, how are you doing? It is that time again where I will talk about how I did on the scale. I think this week was pretty successful on the scale. I think last week I shared that it hadn't gone as well. This week made up for that. Starting weight - 242 Last week - 225 Today - 220.6 That is down 4.4 pounds in a week, and 21.4 pounds overall. Butter Bob was right - butter does make your pants fall off. Now if you are over eating calories with the butter of course it won't. But the amount that I am eating is working out fine. Okay - so what did I eat today? I kept it pretty simple today. My first meal I just had a bunch of salmon (almost 10 oz) and a bit of butter. Then for the second I had 5 oz of London Broil steak (Top Sirloin) and some butter. Macros for the day -- 1,192 calories, 0 carbs, 77 fat, 113 protein My fat and protein numbers were the opposite of what they should be so we will see how that works on the scale tomorrow, as well as how my blood sugars do. After the fish they did stay pretty low. Today was a rough day though because I have been dealing with back pain. I don't think it is the pain like I used to have (inflammation) I think it is a muscle strain or something. Hopefully it'll be gone tomorrow.

Wow 4.4 pounds in a week is awesome, you're really crushing it. Sorry to hear about the back pain though, hope that muscle strain thing eases up soon. Congrats on the scale win, that overall total is seriously impressive.

I am really surprised with that loss. I hope to keep losing like this, but I know it'll slow down at some point. Then, I should add exercise I guess. Definitely can't until this back pain goes away though. Thanks, I do hope it goes away quickly.

Well done on your weight loss. Was Butter Bob in The Simpsons?

@MommyOfEli2013 I think I’ve confused him with Sideshow Bob

The strain probably caused some inflammation that wasn’t because of your diet. Hopefully, you can take it easy and start to feel better.

Well I shouldn't have too much inflammation from food because I haven't had bad oils or carbs lately. But I guess injury can cause inflammation too. I just was enjoying my back being better!

@AmbiePam just hoping it goes away soon. It has been a little better today but still not healed.

Slow and steady wins the race. You are doing really good. Maybe more fish?

That's true, though I wish it went faster. More fish, that I ate or I should have more?

Yes, especially since I haven't started working out even.
