Happy Wednesday Everyone! looks like a decent day ahead weather-wise. A bit warmer so I'm back to short sleeves and glad it's not humid. Yesterday turned out to be busy so although I was here chatting for a bit I didn't have time to write a discussion, It's fine, I really didn't have much to talk about anyway., Today I have a lot to do. We're having eggplant parmesan for dinner with spaghetti so I have to get the sauce cooking and then bread the eggplant to bake in the air fryer later. Tomorrow is my oldest daughters birthday and we'll be having a girls day to celebrate. My youngest daughter took off from work so we'll be going out for lunch, shopping and whatever else they decide. My kitchen will be getting a lot of use today as I also want to make red velvet cupcakes. Red velvet is her favorite so instead of a whole cake I figured cupcakes would be nice. I thought I had a nice gift bag for her gift but can't find it. Don't know what the heck I did with it so if I can't find it guess I'll have to go the old fashioned route and wrap it. I used to love to wrap gifts but not so much anymore. Aside from kitchen duty my day is basically routine. I'm trying to relax a little, enjoy my coffee and catch up here before tackling everything that has to get done. What's on your fun agenda today? Anything??
