I could list beans for days but I would much rather leave it open and see what bean in your favorite.
Everybody loves beans in one way or another. Of one kind or another.
From Mexican food to chili. Beans are delicious, and a great source of protein.
But which one of the magical fruit is your favorite?

That’s misleading because I put several different beans in my filling including the can of chili beans.

@AmbiePam I didnt know about it until I moved to the south. The northereners are not nearly as supersitious as the people in the south. Maybe it has something to do wiht Cajuns. Even if it doesn't we are going to blame in on them.

I think I knew that, but black eyed peas are a big deal in the south. Especially on new years if you are supersitious.

Sorry but you're wrong. Vince doesn't like any beans.

@thislittlepennyearns I think his family had a lot of beans on toast as children. He can't bear them now. I like them on toast.

I love beans, and there are so many that I like. White northern beans with ham, etc. and cornbread is a Midwest favorite. Red beans in chili. Black beans are really good, too. Black-eyed peas, a big yes. Baby Lima beans, yum. And of course there is the regular green bean, hard not to like them. We like refried beans when we make tacos and Mexican foods, too.

No, it's not I guess...but oh, it's a popular fall and winter dinner, for sure. Cheap, good, and even healthy. Cornbread is one of my downfalls...I absolutely LOVE cornbread.
