A family that was moving from their second floor apartment in Franklin Square New York two weeks ago, their cat Lola slipped under a floorboard and was trapped behind a wall for two weeks.
The family who owns Lola called John DeBacker who is nicknamed "Catman" since he has rescued cats for a period of 15 years. John had to get help from a contractor to rescue Lola since she was lodged behind a first floor wall and she was in danger of passing away from starvation.
A contractor assisted John to rescue Lola by using an electric saw to open a hole and then use an endoscopic camera to find Lola.
John managed to grab Lola by her hind legs and get her out of danger and taken to an animal hospital for surgery to remove insulation that she digested while she was trapped.
Lola is healthy again and reunited with her family thanks to the rescue by Catman.

Me too since I love cats even though they can be a pain to deal with sometimes.

@Deepizzaguy That’s funny, George. But true! And yes, I like them too.

That is a good question why the owners of the cat did wait two weeks to report her missing.

That is true since Lola is lucky to have been found alive by John.

They were lucky the cat survived for that long, and it sounds like it was a tricky operation to remove it from where it was trapped, some damage was done to the floor and I wonder if catman fixed the damage as well.

I am sure that the Catman fixed the damages to the house after the cat was rescued.

Cats. I tell ya. They are curious and the way their bones are they can get into some small areas. Five days is quite a while. I'm glad Lola is healthy.
