What a Load of Crap

I keep seeing these videos cropping up on various social media platforms. TikTok. YouTube. Facebook Reels. You name it. A guy goes to a gas station and tries to fill up a gallon milk jug with gas. Only, he gets about a third. He holds up the jug and says, "We're being screwed." It's lock and step with other social media trends showing Walmart and Kroger and other big retailers showing more pounds of meat than are in the package. It's clickbait. It's engagement bait. There is no real data or evidence to back up any of these claims. But people fall for it, hook, line and sinker. We all run lawn mowers and other yard equipment. We all take 2-gallon and 5-gallon gas cans to gas stations across the nation and fill them up. Believe me. If anyone was filling a 5-gallon can and walking away with only 3... We'd ALL be talking about this. It just isn't happening. Sure, gas prices suck. But thinking everyone is taking advantage of us is stupid.
