I have had depression since I was a young child. I didn't know that there were other symptoms to depression than just feeling blue and without energy. It was great to learn this. It really helped my depression. So I thought I would share the list here of the many symptoms of depression: * Muscle aches and pains. * Headaches * Digestive issues. * Fatigue and exhaustion * Chest pain * Sleep problem. * Change in weight and appetite * Back pain * Being irritable, feeling agitated or restless. The image is from my collection.

@celticeagle I think I'm not still fully into it but having a lot in mind and reading those you wrote made me realize that I might be.

I have to recharge after waking up in the morning. It is a slower process now as I am elderly. Other than that, I am okay. I think a more benign form of depression!

Mine has gotten worse but I know how to keep myself balanced better now than when I was younger.

It is and for so long we weren't aware of depression at all. It's a major factor in so many lives.

Depression does affect the body to. The patient losses weight. I still suffer from aches and pains of my muscles sometimes but I don't think it's depression. I think it is over work at times.

Yes, it sure does. These symptoms can be depression. Overwork can certainly be a factor as well.
