My phone is just over 3 years old ….. crikey, I hear you say, THAT old …. Yes, I bought it from a nice couple ….Adam and Eve I think they were called…. Anyway, I am extremely close to running out of storage ….i have to keep deleting stuff ! I do have a lot of apps on there too….essential for my wombling …. The Mister phones several times a day / evening when he is working away, and it’s started to sound like he is under water … I think my phone is on its way out ….good thing it’s nearly Christmas I guess….. How often do you change your phone ?

@traceyjayne I had one for 6 years then it expanded to twice its thickness while flying home from Athens and gave up the ghost. Present phone is 1 year and I hope it’ll last a good 5 years. I hate changing phones.

@Traceyjayne when I got a new one last year the helpful young man transferred all my stuff onto the new one. He spoke loudly, slowly and deliberately since he considered me to be old and even asked if I wanted the font made bigger!

The first smartphone I had for seven years before having to change it from a 4G to a 5G. The second one I had for five years, and I only changed it because it fell and blacked out part of the screen. So I’ve had my current one for three months, and hopefully it will be ages before I need another. Let us know what your new one is like!

This reminds me of mine. I have to keep deleting stuff but its just 2 year old thus, fairly new. I will need a lot of time to create enough space.

Ha, Adam and Eve, that made me laugh. Three years isn't old to me, I keep mine until it basically stops working. But if your husband sounds like he's under water, maybe it's time for a new one.
