Chiliburgers!!

Yum! I love good chili and burgers. I used to order chili burgers at this nice little mom and pops place that isn't even there anymore. I would get this huge meal. A good sized hamburger smothered with chili and then with shredded cheese and chopped onion on top. It was delicious.
Tonight my daughter did my chili burger. The only thing I change from the mom and pops place is that I put the cheese in sliced form on the burger before I put the chili on. This makes for a better eating experience I think.

I used to order at restaurants the "chili size" which was a hamburger patty buried beneath chili and cheese.
