I believe our heatwave ends tomorrow. I got a decent swim in this evening as the sun was setting. It might be my last swim of the Fall. How was your day?

A dear friend made sure I got to the gym pool this morning. I do my own version of aerobics in the water for 30 minutes. Yup. Fall is finally going to show up soonish.
