Not a Good Day

I slept really late. Not sure how many hours. Felt whuzy and had several vertigo experiences. I tend to lay down and not move around much when that's going on. Nothing frustrates and infuriates me more than vertigo days. Fatigue and ugh.
We are having some short spits of rain. What else can one call it?

It sort of sounds like blood pressure issues--do you have a way to check yours?

I don't think so. This happens about once or twice every three months.

It just sounds like blood pressure fluctuating...dizziness, feeling woozy, and nauseous. Take care.

Hope you feel better. I get that sometimes from my allergies

One lady that goes to line-dancing can't cope with too many changes of direction as she starts to get a vertigo attack.
