By "hot," I mean "spicy," as in some Thai, Mexican and Indian foods.
I do, but I've been sticking to milder foods recently as I figure out my health issues.
But dang, I am "Jonesing" for some Tom Kha Gai tonight. I have not had any in two months. It's spicy. Should I chance it?

I do enjoy them a lot. Thai, Korean, Mexican. I don't really enjoy Indian food.

I used to like spicy foods, but as I’ve gotten older, I can’t take them anymore. Now I stick to mild so I don’t have a bad reaction. I might actually be allergic to chilli peppers now.

I am allergic to hot peppers in any form--I can only eat those tiny sweet peppers, or bell peppers. If I eat them, my throat can swell shut, so that's a big no-no for me. But if you are having health problems, it might be best to stick to foods without a lot of spice in them for now.

Moderately spicy yes, but not stuff that has me constantly reaching for something to put out the fire in my mouth.

I cannot take too spicy but I have fallen in love with these Great Value from Walmart frozen popcorn chicken pieces with black pepper, They have a bite for the tongue and I like them but a little at a time,
