Pesto Pasta For Lunch

Since I am working again today we had a very quick and easy lunch. We made pesto pasta with pesto Genovese sauce. The pasta only took 2 minutes to cook and we just added a bottled pesto and some cheese. Although it was a quick and convenient meal, it tasted like it was specially prepared.

Looks good but many pastas have a lot of carbs, so wouldn't fit my current diet.

@jnrdutton Well I commend you for that! It is quite hard to stick to a diet. Everytime I try to I feel like I’m deprived.

I do eat Pasta sometimes but this one looks unique.
I am aware of names like
Elbow
Penne
and a few more.
Not sure where this one can be clubbed.
Yet if its taste was fine, what better than this!

Since I am working now I have to do quick meals to save time. But I do not like microwaveable meals so pasta it is. I think I have been eating pasta too much these days.
