2am and I am up and baking

Yup. Can't make this stuff up. I was super tired and unmotivated last night so I went to bed early and decided to just set the alarm for 4am to get the cakes made. I figured I could make the pie crumbs at work tomorrow. Well I woke up around 1am so the cakes are in the oven. I'm undecided if I'm going to just power through and do the pie crumbs after that or get up early to make them or make them at work. Looks like I have 9 minutes to figure it out. I often wonder what I was thinking when I agreed to be the advisor of the Baking Club but it is worth it when the kids say hi to me in the halls and have so much fun with our bake sales and projects. It is nice to be able to interact with other students who don't necessarily think I'm an evil biology teacher. Oh well. We will get this done this afternoon and I will be in bed early again tonight.
