So you know my sister and her family minus Hudson went to explore Prince Edward Island. My dad and stepmom took Hudson to go around the streets surrounding the port in his stroller/wheelchair. Five minutes outside, and my dad had to head back to the ship. Why? Some of you have seen the menus I’ve posted and commented you’d get the shrimp or crab, and I’ve said we’d have loved to, but my dad is allergic to shellfish. Obviously, this port has a lot of fishing. Just by being outside, my dad’s mouth started blistering. That’s how allergic he is. Tonight I had the hummus and Lamb Kabob, the Baked chicken in sundried tomato sauce with a sweet potato patty, followed by a fruit plate. Unfortunately, I liked none but the fruit. The lamb was just was too spicy. Other than that, everything about the day was fantastic. Food is such a small thing. Plus, I did have vanilla frozen yogurt which was phenomenal. Tonight’s show was Latin Night. A little too suggestive for my sister to be truly happy (not totally family friendly, but hey, it was Latin dancing), but the kid’s (especially Hudson’s dancing and excitement) were worth it. *picture is right outside our ship where our tour guide picked us up.
