Thanks to the teamwork of the Los Angles County Fire Department (LACFD) and the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department (LACSD) who answered an emergency call on Sunday morning when a van was involved in an accident in Marina Del Ray California where a cat was knocked out cold and was seen in a parking lot.
The LACFD firefighters were able to put out of the van while LACSD Deputy Lopez used first aid to the unconscious cat by using oxygen to revive the cat.
The cat was then taken by the police to an animal hospital where the cat was reunited with its owner safe and sound.
The cause of the van getting on fire is not known. The police and firefighters are being praised as hero for saving the life of a cat.

Deputy Lopez surely wanted the cat to survive. Another cat lives the day! Wonder how many lives that cat still have left.

It is good they were able to revive the cat with oxygen, and it was good they carried oxygen with them. The cat was lucky to survive such an incident, and to live for another day.

That is true since the police do their best to save lives of cats as well as humans.
