I was out for a walk this afternoon in the beautiful sunshine. We are having a very pleasant week, dry and mild, above average for temperatures. Our nights get cold, near freezing, but clear. These weather conditions make for some true beauty in nature. I spied these trees when I was out walking today. The colours are much more vibrant in person, as you can well imagine. This is a maple tree, and I love that the leaves are even red-just like the one on our flag.

Yes, it is deer season, they are a beauty to behold and if you can watch them without them knowing it is so amazing. Nature really is spectacular.

Those colors sound gorgeous, and a red maple leaf is always special to see. Dry and mild weather like that makes walking so much nicer. Lately I have been enjoying the quiet mornings before everything gets busy.

I agree with you, it is so nice to find a quiet time to be out and about. I have resorted to getting my groceries on Saturdays at 7am, the stores are just opening, they are clean and freshly stocked, and best of all, there is hardly any traffic out on the roads or in the aisles.

It's beautiful. It looks like it's own fire! Asking about the recent beauty I found, I actually saw a beautiful flower two days ago just right at our gate as I was heading out. I took a photo and posted it on instagram. You just gave me an idea to make a discussion about it here in mylot.

The maple trees are beautiful in fall. I had one in the garden. Yesterday night the moon was so bright, I am surprised that today is cloudy.

Nice to hear about the salubrious climate that you are enjoying now. I have lived in tropical countries that are mostly humid. That makes the cool weather that we have for few months welcome.
