I Know That Nobody’s Perfect But I’m So Tired of Incompetence

Of course people can make mistakes but it’s happening too frequently lately.
I turned in a health care insurance claim where I paid the doctor directly and the insurance company repays me
But I just saw the explanation of benefits online and (1) they listed the wrong doctor, one I’ve never heard of, and (2) they paid this person instead of me
Sigh
So Monday I’ll have to call the health insurance company and get it straightened out

I have walked this walk with the incompetent medical messes we have to wade through. I bet the person they paid was surprised to get a refund they didn't have coming to them. Good grief, what a snarl.
