Safe and Sound

So we had that long wait at the airport for our flight, but it turned out to be an even longer wait when our flight was pushed back another hour and a half. I actually held up very well, and I was quite surprised by that. It was my dad and Diana that seemed to have the trouble. We got to Dallas, and checked to see if his CPAP machine have been found and turned in, but of course it had not. We ended up at a Buc-cees and had a pulled pork sandwich for dinner. We got home at 10:15 PM, and I think I will be sleeping in tomorrow morning. I will do a post later for a wrap up, because I know you guys are waiting on tenterhooks for that. Thanks for following along with me on my Canadian cruise! *The last two days were warmer, sunny, and had people in the pool. But there were people in the hot tub every night.

Flight discrepancies can be such a pain in the butt! I get where you are coming from especially when you just want to have a perfect day the delays can make it worst. But atleast you have made it worthwhile.

That's good you made it back safe and sound. Sorry it was rough for them, but that is good you held up well. Sorry they didn't have his machine.

Holding up that well after the flight got pushed back again is kinda impressive... the CPAP thing sounds like such a bummer though.

I think I’ll get to pick her up tomorrow. My friend is on call today so she can’t meet me, but tomorrow looks good to go get Sadie.

I’m pleased that you got home safely, even if it wasn’t the most ideal of journeys.
