Dinner is in the oven

Yeah it is 10pm and I just got dinner in the oven. I laid down to take a nap but it turned into a sleep. I got up though because if I didn't I'd be up at like 2am again and that's just rough. I put dinner together on a sheet pan and popped it into the oven. It has to bake for about half an hour. Even if I don't eat any of it tonight I'll have it for lunch and dinner tomorrow. I'll get back to bed eventually. And then there is work tomorrow. . . ugh.

@MarieCoyle yeah I'm a good cook when I try. I just don't much these days bc its just me. I used to host Sunday football parties for 20+ people.

Keep in mind you have a short week, and Tuesday you get to teach from home, and wear your sweats to class! I hope the dinner is good.
