Time for hot coffee

I have been gone all day. Some places I encountered a lot of wind. Others just sprinkles. Also, ever so slightly, the sun peeked through for a minute or two.
Today they started watching Christmas movies at the Kansas Veteran's Home. Bob and I watched Santa Clause, and The Santa Clause 2 together, then when I left, Bob was watching Santa Clause 3.We had never seen those movies.
I am okay with it. Bob did not like the Halloween movies. We were not big at celebrating that holiday. No little kids in our house. Bob loves Christmas and he will enjoy more of it.
Anyway, tonight seems to be chilly and I will enjoy a good cup of coffee and a hot meal.
You guys take care, whatever you will be doing.

I always liked the Santa Clause movies. I remember seeing the first one with my family the three days after Christmas in the theater. It was wholesome fun.
Your weather sounded like ours today, which is no surprise considering the storm system. When I briefly saw the sun, I was like, yay! That was followed by a shoot when it disappeared again.

Our shops are filling up with Christmas stuff too. It's going to be on us before we know it.

Today we had some big gusty winds here. There was a big pickup truck on I-57 pulling a camper and the camper blew over we were detoured to another exit. I felt sorry for the driver/owner, it looked like a really new rig.
