Losing weight during ur pregnancy?

I have lost almost 30 lbs during my pregnancy. I know that this is not normal but the doctor said it is ok. I eat and take my vitamins like I am suppossed to. Is anyone else having this problem?

quiltedblessings Yes I was told a few years ago not to give my infant plain water until he was 6-7 months old because it could harm their kidneys, they can get water poisoning (too much water shuts down their systems like drinking too much alcohol for an adult).
