raghurj27 No not at all. It will make you feel guilty. Just convert negative into positive feeling and acheive what you want. Thats the best revenge you can take against someone who betrayed you.

raghurj27 Hi, Try to do Meditation along with Pranayama (Breathing technique, Popular in India). This will definately help you... As its very simple and very effective, powerful as well. Hope it helps you.
