allen0187 I've talked with people who got tattoos using machines and using the traditional method. They said, there really isn't much difference. I think it really comes down to the person's threshold of pain.

Artgirl Listen to instrumental or classical music while in bed. Don't do any kind of rigorous activity hours before you sleep. Drink some milk and don't think too much before you sleep. Those should help you out. Good luck!

marcyaz The only thing I can say is don't pay more attention to the puppy than you do to the other dog. Sometimes we do pay more attention to a puppy and that will make the other dog not like the puppy. Give them treats at the same time.

AnjaP You might not be able to make them friends. Older dogs sometimes don't have patience with energetic pups. But hopefully, you can keep the peace.

AnjaP This is always a problem with the teen after a summer of late nights and sleeping in. I always say that the best cure for late nights is early mornings. Get up earlier even if you're tired and eventually it will change around to the right times.

sofs Develop a new sleep routine. switch of TV or computer at least an hour before you want to go to bed. Have a bath or shower . Draw up the curtains and play some soft relaxing music.. I have some beautiful sleep music that never fails.. you may want to check...
