shaira_mae_01 For me the purpose of life is to be happy. You have to life a happy life or probably seek for it. What is the purpose of living a life that is full of miseries and pain. If we live a happy life we can appreciate the beauty of all the things around us.

shaira_mae_01 its easily to diagnose but its expensive. You could have an MRI or a CT scan. And have some blood works to do to come up with the diagnosis. This is a critical condition because it could lead up to stokes or even death to the patients.

shaira_mae_01 That sugar level is quite high. You dhould try shaving a Fasting blood sugar test for that. To lover your blood sugar level avoid eating sweet foods and try eating oatmeal instead. Maybe this will help lowers your blood sugar.

i always take a quick shower before going to bed to freshen up myself since the weather is really hot these days. i can't sleep without taking a shower first even if i felt too tired or too sleepy.

Which one do you prefer as carbohydrates provider? Do you eat at least one of them everyday? In my country it's a tradition to eat rice daily. Even when we have potatoes during our meals, we also eat rice. I love both though!

shaira_mae_01 No. we only provide our dog with food that we offen eat and serve. But sometimes we open a canned food for them because they would not like to eat what we eat especially vegetables.
