I'm doing Weight Watchers (on my own) and I have been on program since February 24th. Tonight I weighed myself, as I do most Saturday nights and found that I lost 16 lbs total!!! I am so excited! What diet tips do you have?

shamuscott For me it is raspberry perserves or jam. The peanut butter can be smooth or chunky but the jelly or jan hes to be raspberry. Also nothing goes better with a pb&j sandwich than a big tall glass of ice cold milk.

shamuscott I have lived in Milwaukee my entire life. I almost made a move this year to PA. I had a job situation that had me looking to move to Pa to be with my girlfriend and job hunting. Job situation worked out and now girlfriend is moving to Milwaukee.

shamuscott I never really thought about it much. I guess I always figured no more than 5 years younger or 5 years older. My girlfriend is a few years older than me. She is the love of my life. So I guess to answer your question it seems I prefer older than me.
