i've been in hospital for 2 days...

on thursday night i got severe pain in my back bone and my lower abdomen was paralyzed and then i became unconscious...my husband called 911 and then i've been treated in hospital for 2 days .... thanked god and by great support...

How to get rid of MOUTH ULCERS? any home or any kind of remedy??

its been 3 days i have been bugged by this ulcer which is under my lower lip it hurts even whn i talk so pls recommend something which can eradicate this one and make me smile properly i have tried some gels but all in vain.

sj_chaudhry sorryi for got to mention one important thing is that avoid hot meals and drinks for a while until you feel well. in the eman time have plenty of water and keep yogurt, fruits and veges in your diet..these are natural remedy of ulcers of any kind. good luck...

yeah this is true... you lose weight while typing and 1 hour of typing will lose your 100 calories... so just count how much you lose weight while staying here...???

sj_chaudhry as i stated above.. stop munching while typing and balance diet ofcourse will help you to loose weight... i read it in the research studies.... and i observe it by myself that if you type few hours and avoid taking high calorie snacks between them then you...

sj_chaudhry except wrists and digits backbone also hurts badly while sitting continuosly... i agree with you that typing does get boring... we need some fresh air after a while...
