somiran Yes internet is very important now but i personally do not think it will be too hard to live normally without internet. It will definitely hamper the communication and business but life is not all that depends heavily on internet as i can say you in INDIA only...

somiran yes you are right women does get less calcium than they needed . and there is a test called DEXA scanning for measuring bone density and that is quite expensive but provide very reliable result. well i am a doctor and i have done it for my mother
