Anna The only exercise I like is walking and I like to walk. Both my husband and I do not eat very much and we have a serving of vegetables twice a day, fruits and yogurt in the morning.

Jekca I am an emotional eater too, we have a boflex most of the time I just cant get myself to use it. During the summer I end up getting my exercise mowing, but thats been hard too with my feet.
