TheSupersonic Your body and mind are just used to being wide awake and drinking coffee helps them to stay awake even your exhausted. Little tricks you say? Try these before going to bed, do a light exercise and drink a glass of warm milk. Good day

All of us suffer from aches and pains at some time or the other. Some have body pains always. How does one deal with the aches and pains. Take medications every time or rest and let the pains go the natural way.

Professor2010 First of all try to know the cause of pain, it may be due to many causes, age, weight, physical activity are other factors too.. Better to avoid pain killers, you can apply some balm or luke warm mustard oil and massage
