I can't find how to screen capture with my galaxy s2 phone after i upgraded it into ICS. I've. Found a way , by pressing reduce volume button and power button at the same time but it didn't work...

I can't do leg split, but i wanna do dance and it require flexibility. Can i still gain it anf what exercises that can help me do that split things and other flexible movement? And is it safe and didn't damage my joint?

nothing left from my hardwork

Yesterday we had party and i made pancake and takoyaki... It was tiring day ever... After i finished cooking i took a bath and i was left 1 or 2pcs ... I feel upset, because i made a lot and they just left me a very little...

In my country peoples eat rice... I replace my breakfast into oats with milk and eat as usual for lunch and supper... I wonder if it's effective for losing weight or i should also change my supper into oats and milk too?

I've read about contrast bath to fasten muscle recovery... It use hot water (the level you can handle so its not burn you) and cold water... stick your hand into cold water and move it about 1-2 minutes then immediately change...

I want to make dishes with soft meat, but i take long time to soften it... are there any way or ingredients that can make meat soften faster? I've heard about milk and papaya's sap but i don't know it's true or not...
