thekidd are you talking of the same song? Lennon and McCartney wrote the gem in 1966 copyright by Maclen Music Inc. If this is the one, it is great Paul sells it when he sings "How can you laugh when you know I'm down."

for the beatle fans, we consider them a great phenomenal band, perhaps the greatest ever. why then did they go on their separate ways? they could have made more quality songs that would influence young songwriters of our time....
