hi friends, what would you do with an employee who is fantastic at his/her job with his/her production however who just refuses to follow certain company rules. would you throw them out or what? suggestions please.

thraCe hmm.. It depends on how usual he/she violates to follow company rules. Well, if he/she is a chronic violator, and even talking to him/her didn't do any good.. throw him/her out...

thraCe someone of us might be off for a moment.. When we talk, talk, and talk. Not knowing we already said awfully negative comments, and realizing it late.. well, An apology always does the job.lol Or, thinking first, then talking would be a better choice..

thraCe enough is enough when: 1. Been working for years, and no promotion or increase in salary. 2. A negative attitude arise from your work. 3. When your not already enjoying your job(of course) 4. When it's time.. lol
