tismesara yeah, NC is nice! i do miss the "pasta bowl" leaves of the Hudson Valley in NY. I tell you, the way those leaves changed it looked just like that tri-colored noodles that you can get in the store!! i miss that!!!

I have a need, a great need, to lose weight but i have mono and diverticulitus and so it is hard for me to be able find something to eat and because of the mono i dont have the energy that i should be able to have to work out!!!...

i have a 3 year old and she still takes long naps, usually somewhere between 2 and 2.5 hour naps. My 5 year old takes naps when she doesnt have school, she still sleeps for 45-1 hour. and even at school she has a 30 min. lay down...
