troatunit First download Free Grisoft 8.0 from http://free.avg.com Then ensure that Norton is removed completely by using their removal tool (search google for norton removal tool and it is on the symantec website) so download that. Then disconnnect from the internet...

troatunit I generally eat breakfast on most days, what it consists of depends on teh day, but I do think it is the most important meal of the day, but if I don't feel like eating then I just don't eat. I find if I go too long without food I get lightheaded and dizzy...
