wacky_ice I said A good programmer finished it on time "AND" the output is ok then he/she is good. I didn't say "OR" you must satisfy both condition... finished on time "AND" output is ok meaning NO ERRORS... =)

i think there is no use of smoke bomb in CS. but there are many disadvantages. 1.it doesn't harm opponent. 2.while passing throgh the smoke our movement got affected. 3.just waste of money. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION??????

wacky_ice I preferred SQL Server that Oracle because I'm using microsoft platform in web development. I also found SQL Server easy to manage rather that Oracle dbase.

wacky_ice You can ask for the telco operators in India and Pakistan but I doubt it will not be given to you. Here in the Philippines we have an org NTC - National Telecommunications Commission, where in lots of different telco info can be seen.
