yayazyh Every thing overdose is bad, i think, especially for the food you eat. So may be the amount of chocolate is much for you, but for others not. I don't actually, but dreaking dark coffee is. So I think it is different for each person.

yayazyh I love chocolate, but it also give me the problem with the hobby, that it will gain some fat for my body. You know I'm a girl and i worried my weight but i truly can't resist the flavor of them! So i give myself a rule: 3 times per week and 5g per day.

yayazyh I think the best way for losing weight is doing aerobic exercise, like jogging, that helped me to lose some weight successfully. But you have to sustain that at least for half an hour, because the aerobics' property is burning fat after the 20mins or more...
