I can't wake up in the morning without drinking coffee , i have tried to stop drinking coffee and replace it with tea instead, but i end up feeling tired all day and have a headache, what can i drink instead of coffee?

hate being tired, when i was younger i had so much energy . but as soon as i passed 30 my energy decreased and i had less and less energy. I want to be able to have an active life, when i come home after work the energy runs out...

Piggy i actually talked to the doctor , he said my tiredness is because i don't exercise regularly , i need to exercise more and eat better food
