I'm not old enough to sit on a jury yet, but I'm currently majoring in criminal justice and yes, experiencing a trial first hand definitely can give you an appreciation of our justice system. I'm glad that you were able to have that experience, and that you put forth your best effort.

 According to my criminal justice professor, a bit of dark chocolate (around 75-80% cacao) is not only healthy, but can do wonders for depression. I have heard from other sources that dark chocolate is healthier, as well. I've yet to test out the professor's claim, but I plan to give it a try once I can buy some.
