Ah... but why? Drinking water WITH food dilutes the stomach acid needed for proper digestion. Drinking water 1/2 hour or so BEFORE your meal, actually helps digestion as your body steps up the HCL production because of the water present. Drinking water BETWEEN meals is great. Hi Marie! I have not been on mylot for quite a while. I used to do writing tasks to make my cashout, but now I think I want to participate more in the discussions. It's so easy to just write about things you like and are interested in. I would take the minimum always, because why should anyone hold my money?
