spinal problem

I have problem with my spine at the lower portion of my back. does attending aerobics can make it worse?

Joleine I agree with the water aerobics. But you should definitely check with your doctor before starting any sort of exercise program with a back problem.

It goes with saying that people spend their leisure time differently . Making good use of leisure time contributes a lot to one's sucess . As for me sports and movies always come along wiht me . I feel very relaxed and exciting ....

5/5 Stars This movie was epic! It was incredibly well done, I think they over did it with the slow motion, though. This movie is one of my few favorites, and I can't keep stressing how great it is. I recommend you see it...

Joleine I absolutely loved this movie too. I loved the raw power and anger of the Spartans. I highly recommend everyone should see this movie as well!

Joleine My BIGGEST pet peeve ever, is people that use a butter knife to get the ketchup out of the bottle.. It's so gross. Use a squeezy bottle dangit!!
